The aim of the union is to contribute to the creation of a high-quality living environment, consisting of a sustainably used natural environment and a wisely and culturally developed built environment, to support and develop the field of architecture, and to express and protect the common interests of its members.
The association's objectives are to promote best practices in spatial planning and provide advice, develop planning methodologies, organize cooperation, exchange experiences and information, and make proposals for legislation and amendments to legislation.
The objectives of the association are
- to develop and promote geomatics, geodesy, land management, territorial research, mapping, and land use-related activities and the corresponding information system(s) in Estonia;
- addressing technical, legal, educational, economic, and social issues related to the professions of the association's members;
- promoting professional education, promoting specialties, nurturing the next generation of specialists, and caring for the association's veterans;
- establishing and developing professional contacts abroad;
- organizing professional scientific, technical, and methodological research and promoting scientific and technical achievements;
- collecting and preserving documents, equipment, etc. of historical value related to geomatics, geodesy, land management, territorial research, mapping, and land use, and developing professional traditions;
- contributing to the development of legislation and standards in the field of geodesy, cartography, and territorial research;
- protecting the interests of the association's members.
The objectives of the association are
- to protect and represent the common interests and rights of its members vis-à-vis all persons;
- to develop standards in the field of property valuation; to improve the professional skills of valuers;
- monitoring compliance with professional ethics, good practices, and standards by its members and professional appraisers;
- organizing the granting of professional qualifications in the field of property valuation;
- developing education and research in the field of property valuation.
The main objectives of the association are to coordinate and harmonize the activities of its members in matters of economic policy relating to construction and in relations with contractors and their organizations.
The main objectives of the association are to participate in the development and functioning of a secure real estate market in Estonia that is legally regulated, has simple procedures, operates on the basis of good real estate practices, and provides the best returns for all market participants.
