Document register
- The document register contains electronic documents registered in MaRus that are not subject to access restrictions.

- Document register user guide The document register allows you to search by data fields. At least one search field must be filled in to perform a search. You can also perform a full-text search in the document register by adding a keyword to the "File content" field. The search criteria are logically AND, which means that documents containing all of the entered criteria will be searched for. When starting the search, fill in the field "Search documents from institution" and select the Land and Spatial Development Board as the institution. If you want to search for a letter sent by a person or institution that was posted on January 15, 2025, you should enter the name of the person or institution in the "Institution" field, select January 15, 2025 as the start date in the "Registration date" field, and click on the "Search" button. Clicking on the document title will display the basic details of the document, including who is responsible for responding to it (Executor) and the deadline for responding. If you want to search for a document sent to a person or institution on 15.01.2025, enter the name of the person or institution in the 'Institution' field and select 15.01.2025 as the start date in the 'Registration date' field. Clicking on the document details will display the basic information about the document and who compiled it. If necessary, you can set additional search criteria. The search results will display the most recent documents first. For a more precise search, you will need to refine your search criteria.
Civil servant self-service portal
- The civil servant self-service portal is used to create and store vacation and business trip documents.
Request for information
- Only registration details are disclosed for paper documents and documents with restricted access. If you wish to view these documents, please submit a request for information. The public information contained in the document can be viewed upon request.
- If the document has expired access restrictions, you can also request access to it through a request for information.
Restricted access to information about yourself
- If you wish to access restricted information about yourself, please send a digitally signed request in a separate email to [email protected]. This is necessary to verify your identity. It is also possible to come in person and present an identity document. To do so, you must make an appointment in advance.
- If the request concerns information that is restricted on grounds other than your own personal data, identification does not guarantee access to the requested information.
