Support is granted for the construction and renewal of the headstream of the land improvement system and environmental protection facilities in order to ensure the resilience of the agricultural sector in the conditions of climate change and to reduce crop losses. The purpose of the grant is to improve the technical and ecological condition of the headwaters of land improvement systems and thereby ensure the functioning of the systems. In addition, the goal is to mitigate the accompanying negative environmental impact through the construction of environmental protection facilities.

Investment support for the modernisation of the land improvement system and the construction of an environmental protection facility in 2026
Support is provided for the modernisation of drainage systems and bilateral regulation systems of the water regime in order to contribute to ensuring the resilience and food security of the agricultural sector in the conditions of climate change, to reduce the loss of agricultural crops and to mitigate the negative impact of the functioning of the land improvement system.

Investment support for the development of a private road 2026
Support is granted for the construction, reconstruction and renewal of a private road and a structure forming part of a private road in order to ensure access to agricultural land, private forest land, agricultural production buildings and land improvement systems. The aim is also to improve the production conditions of the rural economy's business environment.

Investment support for the Land and Spatial Development Board for the period 2023-2027
The Land and Space Agency has been allocated support under intervention 1.9.2 ‘Investments in the modernization of agriculture-related infrastructure (drainage systems) – public sector investments." The support is allocated as follows:
- 10,000,000 euros for the renovation of public drainage systems maintained by the state;
- 896,800 euros for the purchase of monitoring equipment.
The aim of the project is to renovate public drainage systems maintained by the state and to purchase the monitoring equipment necessary for their renovation for the Land and Space Board.
The support will improve the technical condition of the common drainage systems maintained by the state and the ecological condition resulting from land improvement, and mitigate the negative impact of drainage. The monitoring equipment will be used to monitor the common drainage systems maintained by the state.
The deadline for the implementation of the supported activities is June 30, 2029.

- government agencies of the Ministry of Rural Affairs and state agencies administered by it – €400,000.
