How is state land maintained?
In order to keep state land in good condition and ensure its lawful use, we carry out the following work:
- maintenance work: mowing, snow and ice removal, litter collection;
- demolition of dangerous and dilapidated buildings and ensuring safety;
- removal of dangerous trees and branches;
- maintenance and repair of land improvement structures;
- cleaning up waste illegally dumped in nature;
- termination of unauthorized use of state land.
If you need information about which state land is authorized by the Land and Spatial Development Board, check KATRI or the state real estate register.
Ordering maintenance work
The necessary work on state land is ordered as a public procurement, in which participation takes place through the public procurement register. Among other things, dynamic procurement systems have been set up in the public procurement register, which all companies can join on an ongoing basis.
